The Brief

Branding

Roulette was a project created in collaboration with Nottingham Trent University and The Cameron Day Charitable Trust to honor Cameron Day’s impactful life. Participants spun a wheel for prompts, and mine was "From The Ashes."

 

I developed the brand Dial Back to raise awareness about dieback, a disease that is rapidly killing ash trees in the UK. My approach draws inspiration from old Celtic beliefs that ash trees provide safety, highlighting the urgency for us to protect them.

The Solution

From the concept of raising awareness, I decided to create a mental health walking app, inspired by an alternative meditation technique known as forest bathing, which would teach you all about the issue as well as allow you to raise money for the cause with pledges.

The aim was to spread the idea that by helping/learning about them, they are once again able to protect us.
